Lahti Travel Center includes both the Railway and Buss Station. It is located circa 200 meters from Lahti downtown and 1,5 from the Lahti Sport and Fair Center.

By Train

VR - National Railway

 

Helsinki-Vantaa Airport Railway Station is located inside the Airport.

  • Access the train from the Arrival floor (1) close to Gate 18. Check the Airport map
  • From the Airport take a commuter train "P" to Tikkurila and then train "Z" to Lahti.
    • On the way back to the Airport use the same route, except from Tikkurila use a commuter train "I" instead.
  • Intercity (IC) trains may also stop at Lahti, please see the schedules.
 

Helsinki Railway Station is located in the middle of Helsinki downtown.

  • From Helsinki take a commuter train "Z" to Lahti.
  • Intercity (IC) trains may also stop at Lahti, please see the schedules.
  • Train travel time from Helsinki to Lahti is circa 1 hour.

The income (after expenses) will be divided between the two organizing local sports clubs - Lahden Hiihtoseura (Lahti Ski Club) and Hollolan Urheilijat -46 (Hollola Athletics '49). By participating you are supporting local youth athletics.
